The Sanctuary Boat Show has just ended and the crew from Bay Sports Australia received a great response and more than happy with the visitor feedback and received sales.

For this show, it was decided to exhibit on the water where the Aquaglide Rebound 12 Aquapark, 20 Foot Runway, Airport and several towables were on display.

The show ran for 4 days where we only received rain on the Friday, however this did not deter the visitors. Saturday was the show stopper where the most visitors were experienced and where the weather was at its best.

We would like to thank all of the visitors who saw us at the show, those who liked our products and of course those who purchased our products.

We also had the opportunity to help the Southport Volunteer Marine Rescue Team at the show where they gave out our Bay Sports Branded inflatable hammers and beach balls when visitors purchased their raffle tickets. All of the kids, parents and grand parents enjoyed the hammers and beach balls and we enjoyed seeing the BSA brand being spread throughout the show. A great result for all.

Bay Sports Australia will officially release US product the ”Cleat Seat” at the upcoming Sanctuary Cove Boat Show in May 2010.

The Cleat Seat is a retractable cleat that can be folded down when not in use. With angled sides, Cleat Seat improves personal safety by reducing tripping hazards and can be driven over when the cleat is folded down. Bay Sports Australia will be exhitibiting at the upcoming Sanctuary Cove Boat Show which is being held between the 20-23 May 2010 at Sanctuary Cove, Queensland. The show is open 9.00am to 5.00pm daily.

Bay Sports Australia has recently been working closely with Clint McManus from the Gosford City Council to resolve an important safety issue when it comes to the transportation of their rideon lawn mower fleet.

Gosford City Council recently purchased 6 new Kubota rideon lawn mowers with new custom made designed trailers to transport the mowers and were looking for any easy to use tie down system. It was required that 4 tie down points were provided so that the rideon lawn mowers were adequately secured at all times when being transported. It was also a requirement that the system was easy to use by the Council Staff.

The clever Staff at Gosford City Council later developed an easy to use system which included two of the CargoBuckle G3 Retractable units which were permanently secured to the front floor of the trailer and two of the same units permanently secured to the rear sides of the trailer.

To secure the rideon lawn mower, the front straps go over the front tyres and secure onto a latch located on the trailer floor. The rear of the rideon lawn mower is secured by the rear side straps which pass through a cut out in the trailer and secure to U-bolts located on the axle ends.

Once all 4 straps are tightened, the rideon is correctly secured with minimal movement.

The CargoBuckle G3 Retractable Ratchet Tie Down provides an easy to use system which provides protection to the Councils Assets and provides protection to Council Staff and to the Public.

The crew here at Bay Sports Australia are very pleased with the response that we experienced at the Sydney Boat show where we officially launched Aquaglide with the 2009-2010 product range including the platinum series.

A large crowd was experienced each day where we were greeted with many smiling faces after watching the Aquaglide video footage and seeing the Rebound 12 Aquapark on display.

We were honoured that the General Manager from Aquaglide, David Johnston could join us for the show and share his passion and knowledge of the Aquaglide product range.

In addition to the Aquaglide Range, we had on display products from the following brands;
